63例加替沙星不良反应分析

目的探讨喹诺酮类药物加替沙星不良反应(ADR)的一般规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法我院2007年1月-2009年12月上报的443份药物不良反应报表,对其中63例加替沙星不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果 63例加替沙星不良反应报告中,2007年40例,2008年18例,2009年5例。男30例,女33例。患者最小年龄18岁,最大87岁;不良反应主要表现为皮肤及附件损害、消化道反应、神经系统反应以及糖代谢紊乱等方面,根据国家ADR监测中心制定的《ADR因果关系判断标准》进行评价,肯定者46例,很可能者15例,可能者2例。ADR轻度58例,中重度需要对症治疗5例,不良反应结果治愈60例(95.24%),好转3例(4.76%)。结论加替沙星引起的不良反应类型较多,临床用药时应密切观察,确保用药安全合理。

Analysis of 63 cases of adverse reactions induced by galiflaxacin

Objective To investigate the general rules and characteristics of gatifloxacin adverse reactions(ADR).Methods 443 cases of adverse drug reaction reports of our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were analyzed,in which 63 cases of gatifloxacin ADR were analyzed statistically.Results There were 40 cases in 2007,18 cases in 2008,5 cases in 2009.Including 30 males and 33 females.The age range of patients was 18～87 years.The adverse reactions mainly presented in skin damage,gastrointestinal reactions,nervous system response and glucose metabolism disorders.Conclusion There were various of types of adverse reactions induced by gatifloxacin,clinical medication should be closely observed to ensure safe and reasonable use of drug.
