临床护理人员锐器损伤调查及防护对策

[目的]通过调查我院护理人员锐器损伤的状况,制订完善的防护措施,合理处理用后的锐器.[方法]采用问卷调查对我院护理人员进行摸底.[结果]调查186人,被锐器损伤的120人,占64.5%. 共损伤610人次,各类针刺为60.8%,玻璃损伤26.9%,剪刀损伤7.4%,其他损伤4.9%. 44.2%的针刺伤为回套针头帽,70.1%玻璃损伤发生在开安瓿时直接掰断安瓿所致.[结论]临床风险事件大多发生在护理工作中,所以要加强护理人员的防范意识,规范护理操作行为,最大限度地降低锐器损伤的发生.有效地保障护理人员的身体健康,预防和控制职业感染.

A survey of sharp instrument injuries of clinical nursing staff and protection countermeasures for them
