传染性非典型肺炎的CT表现

目的 探讨传染性非典型肺炎的CT表现。方法 收集符合诊断标准的传染性非典型肺炎9例,所有病例均行胸部CT扫描。回顾性分析所有病例的一般临床资料和CT表现。结果 9例病变过程中,其中7例病变累及双侧肺,2例病变累及右侧肺;3例肺纹理增粗,纹理间散在点片状影;2例可见双肺弥漫性分布磨玻璃影;1例可见片块状实变影;1例双肺普遍呈磨玻璃影,右下肺合并小块状实变影。2例治疗后复查可见磨玻璃影明显变淡,范围明显缩小。所有病例纵隔与肺门内未见明显淋巴结增大。结论发病部位以双侧下肺多见,病变的形态可表现为单形态或多形态。主要形态有肺纹理增粗,淡薄片状影、磨玻璃影、云絮状影及实变。当胸部CT出现类似表现,结合临床与实验室检查,应考虑此病。

CT of manifestations in Infective Atypical Pneumonia

Objectives To explore the CT of manifestations in infective atypical pneumonia.Methods 9 cases infective atypical pneumonia were collected according with dianosis criterion of hygienic ministry of china. all cases were performed with computed tomographic image of the thorax. General clinic data and CT of manifestations were analysed retrospectively in all cases.Results 7 cases 0f 9 cases involved bilateral lung, 2 cases right lung. 3 cases displayed increased bronchovascular shadows scattering dotted patch.2 cases displayed diffuse ground-glass in bilateral lung, 1 case patchy consolidation,1 case diffuse ground-glass in bilateral lung and patchy consolidation in right lower lung at same time. ground-glass became thin in density and shrinked in range during therapy in 2 cases. There were no lymphadenectasis in all cases.Conclutions Infective atypical pneumonia mostly located in bilateral lower lung, Which displaying multiformity or single form. The major morphogenesis took on increased bronchovascular shadows,dim patch, ground-glass, cloud floccule and lung consolidation. When chest CT appeared like above manifestations, Infective atypical pneumonia could be considered linking to clinic and laboratory examination.
