| 摘 要： | 目的 研究运动对冠心病合并糖尿病的治疗作用。方法 将40例冠心病合并糖尿病的患者随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组(20例)在常规药物治疗同时接受运动治疗。结果3个月后检查临床症状、血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(IDL-C)、最大代谢当量(METs)和心率收缩压双乘积(RPP),并与对照组比较,均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 运动疗法治疗冠心病合并糖尿病安全和有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of physical excercises on patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)complicated diabetes mellitus. Methods 40 cases of CHD complicated diabetes mellitus were divided randomly into physical exercise group (20 cases) and control group, patients of physical exercise group accepted 3 months exercise therapy except rountine drug therapy. Results Clinical symptoms, total cholesterol, triglyceride, hight density Lipoprotein, low density Lipoprotein cholesterol, maximal metabolic equivalents ( METs) , and rat - pressure product ( RPP) of physical exercise group were significantly different from those of control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions Physical exercise therapy can obtain satisfied therapeutic effects and might be of better safety. |
