汶川地震医疗工作成效分析探讨

汶川地震发生后，中国人民解放军海军总医院组建多支医疗队，在灾区展开大量医疗救治工作，历时69d，医疗队的组建、拉动、转进、开展救治工作以及后期医疗工作中的成就和失误并存，需全面、客观总结。灾害早期的救援工作需高效、灵活的组织协调；救灾团体应具备独立保障、展开工作的意识和能力；必须贯彻“分类救治，分期救治，适时后送”的原则；后期以防疫工作为主，应及时调整医疗队人员构成，心理援助应由专业人员实施；各医疗单位应客观总结，常备不懈，不断完善应急预案。

Experience summed up in the medical rescue during Wenchuan Earthquake

After the Wenehuan earthquake, Navy General Hospital of the Chinese People＇ s Liberation Army dispatched several medical teams to carry out vast amount of medical rescue work in the disaster area during 69 days. The experience thus summed up showed that highly efficient and flexible organization is necessary during the early stage of rescue work after the disaster, that the rescue teams should have the consciousness and capability of self-supply and carrying out rescue work independently, that the principle of treatment after triage, rescuing by stage, and timely evacuation of the wounded must be carried out, that in later stage of rescue work, epidemic prevention is of the most importance, that the component of the medical team should be adjusted in time, however, psychological aim should be offered by people with expertise, and that every medical organization should sum up its experience regularly, be always on the alert, and improve its emergency plan constantly.
