| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食用碘盐对碘缺乏地区学龄儿童碘营养的改善效果。方法于2007年对某碘缺乏地区居民加强碘盐,随机抽取其中300例8～10岁儿童作为对照组;于2011年再随机抽取其中8～10岁儿童300例作为实验组,对两组儿童进行碘营养调查,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果对照组儿童尿碘平均为（100.36±29.98）μg/L,实验组儿童尿碘平均为（261.03±23.03）μg/L,两组患儿比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在碘缺乏地区加强碘盐供给有助于提高学龄儿童的碘营养,可以预防缺碘导致的甲状腺肿大。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the improvement of consumption of iodized salt with iodine nutrition to iodine deficiency school-age children.Methods 300 cases of children aged 8 to 10 in iodine deficiency area residents randomly selected as the control group in 2007;300 cases randomly selected children aged 8 to 10 in 2011 as the experimental group,Examined two group＇s iodine nutrition,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The children＇s average urinary iodine were（100.36 ± 29.98） μg /L,the average of experimental group children urinary iodine were（261.03 ± 23.03） μg/L,two groups was significant difference,P0.05,difference statistics significance.Conclusion Strengthen the iodized salt supply help to improve the iodine nutrition to school-age children,can prevention iodine deficiency with enlarged thyroid in iodine deficient areas. |
