高血压病大动脉硬化度指数baPWV值与中医证型的相关性研究

目的：探讨大动脉硬化度指数baPWV值与中医证型的相关性，以期为中西医结合的中医辨证提供参考依据。方法：将收集的183例原发性高血压患者分为四组，统计出四种证型大动脉硬化指数baPWV的分布状况，进行组间比较和统计分析。并将健康者30例作为对照组。结果：高血压病各中医证型的baPWV值均较正常对照组高，高血压病痰湿壅盛证、阴阳两虚证baPWV值较肝火亢盛证、阴虚阳亢证为高，其构成差别有统计学意义。结论：动脉硬化指数baPWV是心脑血管病变及不良预后的强烈预测及独立危险因素，可作为痰湿壅盛型、阴阳两虚型中医辨证分型的一个参考指标。

STUDYING OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ARTERIOSCLEROSIS OF ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION(baPWV)AND TCM SYNDROMES

Objective： Study on the arteriosclerosis index of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） and syndrome patterns, to provide a sufficient evident of differentiation of syndromes in combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Methods： Totally 183 patients with essential hypertension are divided into four group, count the arteriosclerosis index of baPWV and syndrome patterns, make them comparison and analysis. About indexes were eompaired with 30 eases of normal people. Results： BaPWV of all the TCM syndromes of EH is higher than the normal. The syndromes of excessive phlegm-dampness and yin-yang deficiency are significantly different from the other two syndromes. Conclusion： The increase of baPWV as the cardiovascular danger factor can be applied as the subjective index for the syndromes of excessive phlegm-dampness and yin-yang deficiency .
