白芍总苷治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效的Meta分析

目的：系统评价中成药白芍总苷胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓的有效性和安全性，为口腔扁平苔藓临床治疗用药提供参考。方法采用计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed和Embase外文数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库等中文数据库，收集白芍总苷治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床病例对照研究的文献，通过评价质量并提取数据，再采用Rev Man 5.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项研究文献，口腔扁平苔藓患者总计784例，其中，治疗组404例，对照组380例。Meta分析结果显示，白芍总苷治疗组的总有效率[OR=4.52，95%CI (3.00~6.81)]及显效率[OR=3.02，95%CI (2.17~4.19)]均明显高于对照组，且差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论从现有的临床证据来看，白芍总苷胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓具有比较确切的临床疗效。

Meta analysis of therapeutic effects of total glucosides of paeony in treating oral lichen planus

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeony (TGP) in treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP) by the way of systematic review, and to provide a reference for drug treatment of OLP. Methods The related OLP studies were searched in Cochrane, PubMed, Embase and Chinese literature databases [includ-ing CNKI, WangFang database, Chinese Biomedicine Databases (CBM) and VIP]. The quality of included studies were evaluated, and the data was extracted. Rev Man 5.0 software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 9 studies in-cluding 784 OLP patients were included in this Meta-analysis, with 404 cases in treatment group and 380 cases in control group. Results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate [OR=4.52, 95%CI (3.00~6.81)] and excellence rate [OR=3.02, 95%CI (2.17~4.19)] of TGP in treatment of OLP were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Judging from the existing clinical evidence, OLP treated by TGP has a more precise clinical efficacy.
