SOX2在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨肿瘤干细胞相关基因SOX2在宫颈癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取西安医学院第二附属医院妇产科2012年1月至2015年6月住院手术治疗的58例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织作为宫颈癌组,同时选取同一患者的正常宫颈组织作为对照组,检测两组标本组织中SOX2表达的差异。结果宫颈癌组标本的SOX2蛋白阳性率为62.07%(36/58),明显高于对照组的6.90%(4/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组标本的SOX2 mRNA表达水平为(14.28±3.41),明显高于对照组的(1.32±0.61),差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);高分化宫颈癌组标本的SOX2蛋白阳性率为34.29%(12/35),明显低于中、低分化宫颈癌组的82.61%(19/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SOX2蛋白在不同年龄(年龄≥60岁与<60岁)、不同病理类型(鳞癌、腺癌)、不同临床分期中的表达阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SOX2在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,并且与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关。

Expression of SOX2 in cervical cancer and clinical significance
Abstract:Objective To study the expression of cancer stem cell related gene SOX2 in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The cervical tissue specimens of 58 cases of women with cervical cancer, who ad-mitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Medical University from January 2012 to June 2015, were selected as the objects of study (cervical cancer). At the same time, the normal cervi-cal tissue of the same patients were chosen as the control group. The difference of SOX2 expression in two groups was detected. Results SOX2 protein positive rate of the cervical cancer tissue specimens was significantly higher than that of the control group, 62.07%(36/58) vs 6.90%(4/58), P<0.05. The expression of SOX2 mRNA in the cervical cancer tissue specimens (14.28±3.41) was significantly higher than that of in the normal cervical tissue (1.32±0.61), P<0.01. The SOX2 protein positive rate of in high differentiated cervical cancer tissue specimens was significantly lower than that in the medium and low differentiated cervical cancer tissue specimens, 34.29%(12/35) vs 82.61%(19/23), P<0.05. The ex-pression of SOX2 protein has no statistically difference at different age (≥60 years and<60 years), different pathological types (squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma), and FIGO different clinical stage (P>0.05). Conclusion The ex-pression of SOX2 in cervical cancer tissue specimens is significantly higher than normal cervical tissue, and negatively re-lated to the differentiation of the tumor.
