单囊二腔前列腺灌注导管在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的应用

目的研究单囊二腔前列腺灌注导管在慢性前列腺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法将165例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组，分别接受不同途径的抗生素治疗：（1）导管组87例，经单囊二腔前列腺灌注导管加压注药。（2）静脉组78例，经静脉滴注抗生素。按照美国国立卫生研究所制定的慢性前列腺炎症状指数标准评定疗效。结果治疗4周后，导管组与静脉组的总有效率分别为93．1％和67．9％（χ^2=17．056，P〈0．001）。结论采用单囊二腔前列腺灌注导管技术治疗慢性前列腺炎，能够获得比传统疗法更好的疗效。

The Use of Two-channel-single-balloon Prostatic Irrigati on Catheter in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To evaluate the use of two channel single- balloon prostatic irrigation catheter in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 165 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups to receive different treatment, one received prostatic irrigation through two- channel - single -- balloon catheter, and another received systemic （intravenously） antibiotics. The National Institute of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH- CPSI） was used as a criterion for grouping and evaluating results. Results Total efficacy rates of prostatic irrigation group and systemic group were 93.1% and 67.9 % respectively, after 4 weeks treatment. Conclusions Our preliminary results revealed that the efficacy of prostatic irrigation through two- channel - single balloon catheter is better than that of traditional intravenously antibiotics.
