摘    要:
甘油味甜,有引湿性,可与水或酒精任意混合;常作溶媒及润滑剂。酒精味灼烈,易挥发,能与水、甘油、氯仿及乙醚任意混合;可作溶媒及消毒防腐药。在研制抗真菌药物的实验中,发现酒精与甘油混合的溶剂对真菌生长具有抑制作用,为证明在抗真菌作用中二者的关系,故将酒精与甘油按一定比例混合,实验观察了其对9种真菌的抗菌作用。 1 材料与方法①实验材料:菌种是选用辽宁中医学院微生物教研室提供的9种菌种。酒精(药用酒精)与甘油(分析纯)混合液由我院药学系药物研究室配制提供。②实验方法:将普

Abstract:
In experimental research of fungus drug we discovered that mixed solvent of alcohol and glycerin could restrain fungus from growth. In order to prove thd relationship between alcohol and glycerin in antimycotic effect, we ob- served antimycotic effect of mixed solvent of alcohol and glycerin according to given proportions using test tube method. Our result showed alcohol could restrain most fungus from growth, that in this study glycerin had not anti- mycotic effect and that mixed alcohol and glycerin had not coordinative and antagonistic effect.
