硫酸沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作效果分析

目的探讨硫酸沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作效果。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月期间收治的100例哮喘急性发作患儿作为研究对象,经电脑随机分配法平分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察组联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,对比两组临床症状消失时间及肺功能指标改善情况。结果观察组咳嗽、呼吸困难、喘憋及气促等症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者FVC及FEV1指标均得以提升,观察组上升幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对哮喘急性发作患儿,采用硫酸沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗效果更为显著。

Effect of inhalation of salbutamol sulfate combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children

Objective To investigate the effect of inhalation of salbutamol sulfate combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children.Methods A total of 100 children with acute attack of asthma treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected.The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by inhalation of salbutamol sulfate,while patients in the observation group were treated by inhalation of the combination of salbutamol sulfate and budesonide suspension.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the improvement of pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,dyspnea,wheezing and shortness of breath in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with acute attack of asthma,the disappearance time of cough,dyspnea,wheezing and shortness of breath can be shortened,and the pulmonary function can be improved significantly,which is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients.
