温和灸背俞穴结合针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变31例

目的:研究温和灸背俞穴结合针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取62例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用温和灸背俞穴治疗。治疗3周后比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后多伦多临床系统(TCSS)评分、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.32%明显优于对照组70.97%(P<0.05);两组治疗后的TCSS评分均有明显下降(P<0.05),观察组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的神经传导速度均有明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸背俞穴结合针刺可以改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状,降低糖尿病周围神经病变患者TCSS评分,提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者腓总神经的运动神经、感觉神经传导速度。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy by Mild Moxibustion at Back-shu Point and Acupuncture

Objective:To study the clinical effect of mild moxibustion at back-shu point combined with acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:62 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 31 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine treatment and the control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with mild moxibustion at back-shu point on the basis of the control group treatment.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The scores of Toronto Clinical System(TCSS),motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%,which was better than 70.97%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCSS scores of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of both groups improved significantly(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mild moxibustion at back-shu point combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,reduce TCSS score of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,and increase the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.
