经食管超声在房间隔缺损封堵术前的应用

目的 探讨经食管超声在房间隔缺损封堵术前适应证选择方面的价值。方法 选择在我院房间隔缺损封堵术前经食管超声心动图检查的病例30例，分析其术前图像与封堵成功的关系。结果 上、下腔静脉端有残端、距二、三尖瓣较远，且大部分边缘有残端的病例28例均进行了成功封堵。2例患者因残端为软缘无力支撑而失败。结论 经食道超声在房间隔封堵术前筛选病例、保障手术成功方面具有重要作用。

The preoperative approach of transesophageal echocardiography in atrial septal defect

Objective To evaluate the approach of preoperative occluder by transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) in the atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods 30 cases of preoperative indication occluder by transesophageal echocardiography in the atrial septal defect from our hospital were elected,and the relationship between their preoperative images and succeed was analyzed.Results 28 cases in which the superior vena cave and inferior vena cave had stumps which were fairly far from the atrioventricular valves,right and left,and bulk of the borderline were given successful occluder,2 cases failed because the stumps were soft edges.Conclusion Transesophageal echocardiography plays a very important role in preoperative of occluder in the atrial septal defect.
