液基细胞学结合阴道镜检查在宫颈病变早期筛查中的价值

目的分析液基细胞学（TCT）结合阴道镜检查在宫颈病变早期筛查中的临床价值。方法2008年1月至2009年1月,TCT检查异常或阴道镜检查异常的妇女240例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例,观察者采用TCT检查与阴道镜联合检查,对照组单纯行阴道镜检查,两组均行多点活组织检查,以病理诊断为金标准,对比两组组织学诊断阳性符合率。结果观察组组织学诊断阳性符合率为76.7%（92/120）;对照组组织学诊断阳性符合率为52.5%（63/120）;两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论TCT检查与阴道镜联合检查可提高早期宫颈癌的诊断率,最大限度避免漏诊,为宫颈病变的早期筛查提供了一种良好的手段。

The Clinical Analysis of Fluid-based Cytology Test Combined With Coiposcopy Examination for the Cervical Lesion Early Sereening

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical value of fluid-based cytology test combined with colposcopy examination for the cervical lesion early screening. METHOD From January 2008 to January 2009, 240 cases with abnormal results of TCT or colposcopy examination were randomly classified into two groups, which observation group was detected with fluid-based cytology test combined with colposcopy examination and control group was only detected with colposcopy examination. The positive rates were compared in according to pathological diagnosis. RESULTS The positive coincidence rates in observation group was 76.7% and it in control group was 52.5%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION Fluid-based cytology test combined with colposcopy examination can enhance cervical lesion early diagnosis rates and avoid missed diagnosis, which provides a better test method.
