阿奇霉素联用左氧氟沙星治疗军团菌肺炎的疗效观察

目的观察阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星联用在治疗军团菌肺炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将72例社区获得性军团菌肺炎病人随机分为为观察组和对照组各36例,观察组采用阿奇霉素0.25g＋250ml生理盐水静滴,1次/d,对照组采用红霉素1.0g＋500ml5%葡萄糖液静滴,1次/d,2组均再加用左氧氟沙星0.5g,1次/d静滴,共用药2周。结果 2组总有效率分别为91.7%和88.9%,差异没有统计学意义（p〉0.05）;2组胃肠道反应分别为11.1%和52.8%,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）。结论阿奇霉素联用左氧氟沙星治疗军团菌肺炎疗效好,副作用少。

Effect observation on combined azithromycin with levofloxacin in the treatment of legionella pneumonia

Objective Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of Legionella pneumonia clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Methods 72 cases of community-acquired Legionella pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,36 cases in the observation group with Azithromycin 0.25g＋250ml normal saline intravenously once a day,the control group,erythromycin 1.0g＋500ml 5% glucose solution intravenously once a day,two groups were combined with levofloxacin 0.5g,once a day intravenously.Total After 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 91.7% and 88.9%,the difference was not statistically significant （p〈 0.05）;Digestive tract were 11.1% and 52.8%,the difference was statistically significant （p 〈0.01）.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of Legionella pneumonia is effective and less side effects.
