头颈癌患者血清肿瘤坏死因子的测定

目的 探讨头颈癌患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的改变及其临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法对56例头颈癌患者、31例良性疾病患者和41例正常人进行血清TNF水平测定。结果 头颈癌患者血清TNF水平较良性疾病组和正常对照组增高(P<0.01);以大于正常对照组血清TNF的x 2s为阳性,头颈癌组阳性率为78.57％,良性疾病组阳性率为12.90％,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);头颈癌患者血清TNF水平与临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论 头颈癌患者血清TNF水平升高,测定血清TNF有助于头颈癌的诊断。

Measurement of Serum Tumor Necrosis Factor in the Patients with Head and Neck Carcinoma

Objective To study the changes and the clinical significance of the serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the patients with head and neck carcinoma. Methods The serum TNF in 56 patients with head and neck carcinoma,31 patients with benign lesions and 40 normal controls were measured with ELISA. Regults The levels of serum TNF were significantly higher in the patients with head and neck carcinoma than in patients with benign lesions and normal controls (P<0. 01). Taken the x 2s of TNF of the normal controls as the mean value,there were 78. 57% patients with head and neck carcinoma and 12. 90% patients with benign lesions above this limite which were considered positive and the positivity between the two groups were significantly defferent (P<0. 01). The serum TNF in the patients with head and neck carcinoma had no corriation with the clinical stage (P<0. 05). Conclusion The serum TNF levels in the patients with head and neck carcinoma were elevated and the determination of serum TNF may be valuable in the diagnosis of head and neck carcinoma.
