| 摘 要： | 笔者近年来用推拿手法为主配合自拟活血舒筋汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症６０例,取得良好效果,现报道如下。１ 临床资料１－１ 一般资料 ６０例中,男４５例,女１５例;年龄最小１９岁,最大６６岁,平均３５－４岁。其中２０～３０岁１１例,３１～４０岁３３例,４１～５０岁１０例,５１岁以上６例。病程最短２０天,最长１２年。有明显外伤史２５例,劳损史１０例,感受寒湿发病９例,其他不明原因１６例。１－２ 主要临床表现 腰痛５６例,伴单侧坐骨神经痛５０例,其中左侧１６侧,右侧３４例;伴双侧坐骨神经痛３例;小腿外侧麻木５…

| Abstract: | cases of prolapse of lumbar inter vertebra disc were treated with the manipulation called "Two Steps and Ten Methods," plus Huo Xue Shu Jin Decoction to promote blood circulation and relax muscles and tendons. The results showed that 35 cases were cured, 23 improved and 2 remained ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.6%. The conclusion is drawn that the manipulation (2 steps and 10 methods) and the decoction are workable for prolapse pf lumbar inter vertebra disc. |
