腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床观察及护理

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效.方法 将我院2007年7月至2010年8月收治的112例异位妊娠的患者分为实验组和对照组,各56例;实验组采用腹腔镜手术,并根据腹腔镜手术的特点采取更有效细致的护理措施,对照组采用开腹手术,对比两组相关检测结果.结果 实验组腹痛消失时间、留置尿管时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院天数与对照组比较有显著性差异,实验组效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠效果明显优于开腹手术.术前有效的心理疏导,术后严密观察病情可有效地防止并发症,提高手术成功率,减轻患者的痛苦.

The clinical observation and nursing of extrauterine pregnancy treating with peritoneoscope surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of eritoneoscope surgery for extrauterine pregnancy.Methods A total of 112 cases of extrauterine pregnancy between July 2007 to August 2010 were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,each with 56 cases.The experimental group was treated with the peritoneoscope surgery,took more effective and more carefully nursing according to the characteristic of peritoneoscope surgery.The control group was treated with open abdomen surgery.Results Statistical significant differences were found between experimental group and control group in lasting of abdominal pain,recovery of bowel function and bladder function,time to get up from bed,length of hospital stay(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Peritoneoscope surgery is better than open abdomen surgery in extrauterine pregnancy treatment.Effective psychological counseling before surgery and a close watch after surgery may prevent the complication effectively,enhance the surgery success ratio and reduce patient's suffering.
