海军基层部队医务人员对规范化培训需求与认知调查分析

摘    要:目的 了解海军基层部队医务人员对规范化培训的需求与认知.方法 采取问卷调查法对海军12个单位55名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学信息、对规培重要性的认知、对规培年限及规培单位的认知、对参加规培条件的认知以及对"集中管理、派出保障"的认知.结果 不同岗位、年龄、职称的基层医务人员对规范化培训需求与认知不尽相同,60.0%卫勤管理人员认为规培时间应在0.5年或1年,100.0%卫勤管理人员认为应在驻地附近中心医院开展规培.40.5%专业技术人员希望规培时间≥3年,38.1%希望在总医院接受规培.82.7%≤30岁的医务人员希望毕业后或毕业工作1年后就参加规培.结论 海军基层医务人员对规培需求较大,对规培质量较为重视,但各级对规培认知还不统一,建议上级尽快统一规培标准,开展与地方医疗系统同质的规培工作.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the demand and cognition of the resident training program among the medical staff of the naval grass-root unit.Methods The questionnaire was conducted among 55 medical workers from 12 naval grass-root units,and it covered the general demographic information and the cognition about the importance of the resident training program,training years,training unit,condition of participating in the program, and principle of centralized management and dispatching guarantee.Results The demand and cognition of the resident training program were different among the grass-root medical staff with different positions,ages and professional titles respectively.Among the health management personnel,60% believed that the program should last for 0.5 year or 1 year and 100% believed that the program should be held in the central hospital near the station.Among the professional and technical personnel,51.7% hoped that the program should last for no less than 3 years,and 38.1% hoped that the program should be held in the general hospital.82.7% of the medical personnel under the age of 30 hoped that they could participate in the program after graduation or one year after graduation. Conclusion The medical staff of the naval grass-root unit have a great demand for the resident training program, and they attach much importance to the quality of the program.The cognition of the resident training program is not uniform at different levels,so the standard of the resident training program should be made to implement the resident training program with the same quality as that of the local medical system.
