中药调理在改善术后宫颈癌患者生活质量中的价值研究

目的:对中药调理在改善术后宫颈癌患者的疗效,安全性等进行分析,证实中药调理在改善患者生活质量方面的价值。方法:按照研究对象的选择标准对本院2010年3月—2012年3月间手术治疗的宫颈癌患者76例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组38例。一组研究对象进行常规的放化疗及对症处理,为对照组;一组研究对象在对照组治疗的基础上予以中药调理,为观察组。治疗3个月后就疗效,安全性及随访1年的复发率等数据进行组间比较和数据分析。结果:观察组研究对象的总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为73.7%,组间比较观察组高于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);在不良反应及不良反应发生率的比较中,观察组低于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);在生活质量的比较中,观察组高于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);随访1年生存率及复发率等数据的比较中,观察组均优于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:中药调理用于术后宫颈癌患者的治疗,能够显提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,改善生存率和复发率等作用,从而显著改善患者的生活质量。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Conditioning Value in Improving Quality of Life of Patients with Cervical Cancer after Operation

Objective： To analyze the effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine conditioning in postoperative patients with cervical cancer and to verify its value of improving the life quality of patients. Method： According to the selection criteria of research,in our hospital from March 2010- March 2012,76 cases of cervical cancer patients were as the research objects. By using random number table,they were divided into two groups,38 cases in each group. One group used conventional chemotherapy and symptomatic treatment,which was the control group. The other group based on the control group ＇s treatment added traditional Chinese medicine conditioning,which as the observation group. After 3months of treatment,the efficacy,safety and 1 year followed- up recurrence rate data were compared between groups. Result： The observation group＇s total efficiency was 94. 7% and the control group＇s total effective rate was 73. 7%. The comparison between groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of the side effects and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Compared the 1- year survival rate and recurrence rate data,the observation group was better than the control group with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine conditioning for the treatment of patients with cervical cancer after operation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with few adverse reactions. It can improve the survival rate and recurrence rate and can significantly improve the life quality of the patients.
