摘    要:
目的:观察一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶抑制剂在大鼠局灶性脑缺血时的作用方法;民凝大鼠大脑中动脉制成脑缺血模型,选择脑缺血30min,60min,120min,180min为研究时点,观察各时点用选择性,非选择性一氧化氮合酶抑制剂亚硝酸盐含量测定,缺血脑组织坏死体积测定及损伤海马CA1电镜观察。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the function of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase inhibitor after focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:We measured brain nitrites,the infart volume and investigate the CAI region of the hippocampus at 30,60,120,180 min after the middle cerebral artery were blocked continuously in rats.Results:Brain nitrite were decreased from 30 min to 60 min after occlusion and increased from 60 min to 180 min.The pathologic and ultramicroscopic examination in postischemic brain at 30 min showed that the injury of control group was more serious than that of ischemic group.The results from 60 min to 180 min was opposite.Conclusions:These results suggest that nitric oxide play twofold roles in focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Nitric oxide synthase inhibitor is effective in later period of cerebral ischemia.
