| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经椎间孔椎体间融合（TLIF）技术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法应用TILF技术对12例极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者进行手术治疗。比较术前术后JOA评分及VAS评分情况。结果患者随访6-24（15.67±4.98）个月,JOA评分术前平均（5.83±1.47）分,末次随访时平均（25.92±1.08）分,差异有统计学意义（t=-31.72,P〈0.01）;VAS评分术前平均（9.17±0.72）分,术后平均（0.42±0.51）分,差异有统计学意义（t=40.21,P〈0.01）。结论应用TILF方法手术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症可以获得较为满意的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation with transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion（TLIF）.Methods 12 cases of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation were treated with TLIF.The results were evaluated by the scores of JOA and VAS between pre-operation and post-operation.Results All the cases were followed up for 6~24（15.67±4.98） months.The scores of JOA of pre-operation were（5.83±1.47）,which were significantly lower than those of post-operation（25.92±1.08）,（t=-31.72,P0.01）;The score of VAS of pre-operation was（9.17±0.72）,which were significantly higher than those of post-operation（0.42±0.51）,（t=40.21,P0.01）.Conclusions Satisfactory clinical result can be expected with the use of TLIF in the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation. |
