腹腔镜与同期开腹结直肠癌切除术的临床对比研究

目的探讨结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性、根治性和临床效果。方法比较28例腹腔镜手术（观察组）与同期36例开腹手术（对照组）治疗结直肠癌的各种指标,包括术前内科并存病、手术标本病检结果、术中情况、术后恢复情况、并发症及医疗费用。结果平均手术时间观察组长于对照组（P〈0.01）;平均术中出血量观察组低于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后排气时间观察组少于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后进流食时间观察组早于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜结直肠手术治疗结直肠肿瘤安全有效,值得进一步推广应用。

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Conventional Open Surgery for Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic colorectal surgery for patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Comorbidities,operation safety,oncological clearance,postoperative recovery,complications,expenditure and short-term outcome were compared between laparoscopic colorectal surgery（LAP group）and laparotomy surgery（open group）.Results The laparoscopic group had longer mean operation time,shorter time of postoperative bowel function recovery and food resumption（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoseopie colorectal surgery is safe and beneficial to the patients and should be adopted widely.
