荆门地区肠道病毒EV71型感染的流行病学调查

目的探讨肠道病毒EV71型在湖北荆门地区手足口病流行病学中的重要意义。方法收集2008年荆门地区手足口病临床诊断病例682份,对该病发生地区、时间、人群分布进行统计;分离102份血清、粪便、咽拭子及疱疹液标本的病毒并运用RT-PCR扩增技术对其病原学进行检测。结果该市2008年手足口病城区发病率为113.55/l0万,农村发病率为49.26/10万,城区发病显著高于农村（P〈0.01）;流行季节以春季及初夏为主;病原学检查主要为EV71;2-3岁年龄段多发。结论手足口病流行具有明显的地域、时间、年龄等特点;EV71病毒是手足口病实验室诊断病例的主要病原。

Epidemiological Investigation and Diagnosis of Human Enterovirus 71 Infection in Jingmen

Objective To explore the significance of EV71（Human enterovirus 71）infection during an epidemic of hand-foot-mouth disease（HEMD）in Jingmen Hubei. Methods 682 clinical cases with HEMD were collected in 2008 in Jingmen and the epidemiological data was analyzed.102 specimens,including vesicle fluid,stool and throat swabs,were collected to isolate virus and the pathogens were detected by RT-PCR method from 72 patients with HFMD.Results The incidence rate of HFMD was 113.55/10 million in urban and l49.26/10 million in rural,there was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;The high incidence of HEMD was wainly in spring,early summer and in the age group of 2-3 years,the pathogen was main EV71.Conclusion There are distinct geographical,time,age characteristics of HFMD epidemic in 2008 in Jingmen.EV71 is one of the major pathogens for laboratory diagnosis of HFMD.
