| 摘 要： | 目的评价鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法基础治疗对照35例和基础治疗加鹿瓜多肽注射液静脉滴注70例治疗类风湿关节炎,记录分析关节疼痛、平均握力、晨僵时间、疾病活动DAS28评分、不良反应、严重不良事件、安全性指标、观察期DMARD s药物改变情况等,进行依从性评价。结果鹿瓜多肽组与治疗前比较,关节疼痛、平均握力、晨僵时间改善明显（P〈0.05）;鹿瓜多肽组与对照组比较,关节疼痛改善明显（P〈0.05）。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液有消炎止痛作用,能够改善关节疼痛和晨僵症状、改善关节功能状态,副作用少,患者依从性好,可应用于类风湿关节炎的治疗。
