膀胱治疗仪用于产后尿潴留的观察

目的：探讨膀胱治疗仪用于产后尿潴留的效果。方法：选取我院产科2010年5至12月64例产后尿潴留产妇,按发生尿潴留序号的单双数随机分成观察组（32例）和对照组（32例）。观察组对发生尿潴留的产妇采用膀胱治疗仪治疗,对照组采用传统的诱导排尿法,观察两组产妇尿潴留解决情况。结果：观察组的产妇能自动排尿31例,对照组产妇能自动排尿25例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：膀胱治疗仪治疗产后尿潴留安全、方便、简单、有效。

Observation of the Bladder Therapeutic Equipment on the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention

Objective:To investigate the effects of application of the bladder therapeutic equipment for parturients with urinary retention.Methods:From May to Dec 2010,64 parturients with urinary retention were selected,and divided into 2 groups randomly,according to the sequence when happened at first to last,coding in odd numbers and even numbers,32 parturients in observed group,while the other 32 parturients in control group.The bladder therapeutic equipment was used in observed group,and traditional therapy was used in control group to improve urination.Then the different turnover of urination between the two groups was observed.Results:31 parturients in observed group could urinate by themselves,while 25 in control group,and the disparity had a very remarkable meaning(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of the bladder therapeutic equipment for postpartum urinary retention is safe,convenient,simple and effective.
