影响门诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术预后的多因素分析

目的对门诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术研究进行分析以探讨影响其预后的各项因素。方法统计分析最近在国内、外期刊上发表的相关研究文献。结果共搜索到23项相关研究,涉及手术适应证、术前检查、体质量指数、社会因素、费用、术者手术的熟练程度等多项因素。结论经过术前精心计划和安排,在一定的患者中进行门诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可靠的。

Analysion the predictive factors of successful laparoscopic cholecystectomy for-surgery procedure in ambulatory treatment

Objective To analyse the predictive factors of successful laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the surgical procedure in ambulatory treatment . Methods Collecting and Analysing laparoscopic cholecystectomy as day surgery procedure related sience reasurch articlas that were published in the journals and magazines recently both at home and abroad. Results A total of 23 essays was identified,involed in dications,preoperative tests,body mass index, social aspect, cost,surgeon＇s experience predictive factors. Conclusion Day case laparoseopie cholecystectomy is safe and feasibility, and the success depends on the appropriate procedure and selection of patients.
