| 摘 要： | 本文分别探讨了玳瑁、牡、海参、僵蚕、良姜和刺五加六种药物酒精提取液在体外诱导鼻咽癌患者T调节细胞亚群的作用,其中海参和刺五加两种药物具有诱导T_4和T_8细胞作用,前者使T_4、T_8阳性细胞分别增加44％和 29％,后者分别增加48.5％和32.5％。两者诱导T_4和T_8细胞与诱导时间及诱导浓度呈正相关。 |

| Abstract: | It was investigated that T subpopulations in nasogharyngeal carcinoma were induced by the some chinese herbs (Hawksbicl shell; Oyster shell; Haishen; White dead silkwore; Ruhizome of lesser galanga and Radix acanthopanacis senticosi) in vitro. The results showe dthat the number of T4+and T8+ lymphocytes increased 44% and 29% in the added Haishen group, 49.5% and 32.5% in the added Radix acanthopanacis senticosi group respectively. The effect related to the inducing time and inducing concentration of the herbs, which the correlation coefficient was positive correlation.This indicated that the chinese herbs had role of the inducing T4 and T8 subpopulations in vitro. |
