2001年河北省医学教育资源现状分析

目的：了解河北省医学教育机构的办学条件、办学状况。方法：用统一调查表进行问卷调查，对所获资料进行统计分析。结果：河北省医学教育已具有一定规模，研究生数量较少；各学校不同程度地存在经费投入不足、师资力量薄弱、专业设置重复、办学效益不高以及教育资源利用不足的问题；中等卫生学校布局不合理。结论：应尽快调整河北省医学教育的层次结构和学校、专业的布局结构，使医学教育由规模效益型向质量效益型转变。

Analysis of the medical educational resources in Hebei province in 2001

Objective To know the qualification and the status of running a school of the medical edu_cational institution in Hebei province. Method The uniform questionnaire was applied and the obtained data were analyzed statistically. Results Although certain medical educational dimension has existed in Hebei Province,graduate students are lack.In all schools,to certain degree,there are some problems, such as shortage of devotion,weakness of the teachers' level,overlap of setting specialized subjects,low benefit of running the schools,and insufficient using the educational resources.The layout of secondary medical schools is not reasonable. Conclusion The medical educational hierarchy and structure of schools and subjects in Hebei province should be readjusted as quickly as possible in order to make medical education turn to quality benefit from dimension benefit.
