不同旋毛虫粗抗原对BALB/c小鼠体内SP2/0肿瘤抑制作用观察

目的研究不同旋毛虫抗原对BALB／c小鼠体内的SP2／0骨髓瘤的抑制作用。方法对BALB／c小鼠经腹腔和肌肉注射不同抗原，3d后对小鼠荷瘤，30d后观察小鼠体内肿瘤的大小，检测小鼠机体的免疫状态，评价不同旋毛虫抗原对小鼠体内的肿瘤的抑制作用。结果腹腔注射肌幼虫可溶性粗抗原、成虫可溶性粗抗原和新生幼虫可溶性粗抗原组的抑瘤效果略好于肌肉注射组。肌幼虫ES抗原组的抑瘤效果最好，成虫ES抗原组次之，但比3种虫体抗原组的抑瘤效果好，3种虫体粗抗原组的抑瘤效果间没有明显差别。结论不同的旋毛虫抗原都有一定的抑制肿瘤的作用，腹腔注射肌幼虫ES抗原能够很好的抑制小鼠体内肿瘤的生长。

Observation on antitumous effect of crude Trichinella antigen to SP2/0 myeloma in mice

Objective To observe antitumors effect of crude Trichinella antigen to SP2/0 myeloma.Methods The BALB/c mice was inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cell after the mice injected with different crude antigen and the immunoadjuvant in different ways.Results The comparison of the two injection ways showed that there was a little difference between the two injection ways.The size and the weight of the tumor of the group which intraperitoneal injection was smaller than the group which intramuscular injection,but the CD4+/CD8+ and the no tumor occurance of the mice between the two group had no obviously difference.The comparison of the different crude antigen showed that the size and the weight of the tumor of the group injected with ES antigen of adult and ES antigen of the muscle larvae were smaller than that of the group injected with adult antigen,new born larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen,the CD4+/CD8+ in groups injected with excretory-secretory(ES) antigen of adult and ES antigen of the muscle larvae were higher than that of the group injected with adult antigen,new born larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen.The results showed that the ES antigen of the muscle larvae was the best.Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of the adult antigen,new born larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen were better than that of the immunoadjuvant.There was no difference among the adult antigen,new born larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen.
