中药内服联合针对性护理干预对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者焦虑症状、FPG、2hPG及血脂水平影响

目的：研究中药内服联合针对性护理干预对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者焦虑症状、FPG、2hPG及血脂水平的影响。方法：77例患者分为对照组37例和治疗组40例,均进行周围神经病变的治疗。对照组给予西药弥可保0.5 mg/次口服治疗,3次/d;治疗组给予运动、饮食、足疗等生活方式干预、心理干预、宣教等针对性护理,并给予自拟中药汤剂口服治疗,30 d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组患者的焦虑症状明显改善。治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血脂总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的降低程度明显于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：自拟中药汤剂口服联合运动、饮食、足疗等生活方式干预、心理干预、宣教等针对性护理方式干预治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变患者可以降低临床上患者的焦虑感,能有效改善患者的脂质代谢,降低血脂水平。

Chinese Herbs Combined with Targeted Nursing Intervention for Anxiety Symptoms,FPG, 2 hPG and Lipid Levels in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective ： To observe the Chinese herbs combined with targeted nursing intervention for anxiety symptoms, FPG,2 hPG and lipid levels in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 77 patients were divided into the control group 37 cases and the treatment group 40 cases. The patients in the control group were given mecobalamin tablets,0.5 mg/time, 3 times/day. The patients in the treatment group were given self-made decoction and targeted exercise, diet, psychological intervention, pedicure, propaganda and education nursing intervention, 30 days for a course of treatment. Results ： Compared with clinical anxiety symptoms of patients in the control group, those of patients in the treatment group who were given self-made decoction combined with the diet and exercise instruction and psychological intervention were distinctly improved. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were significantly different （ P〈0.0fi ）. Conclusion ： The self-made decoction combined with the targeted exercise, diet, psychological intervention, pedicure, propaganda and education nursing intervention for DPN can significantly reduce anxiety symptoms and amend the metabolism of lipids, and decrease the level of blood-lipid.
