合谷穴治疗作用研究进展简

合谷穴属于手阳明大肠经,是大肠经的原穴。在全身体表的数百个腧穴中,合谷穴的治疗范围最为广泛,具有全身性的治疗作用。因其治疗范围广,疗效明显,取穴方便而颇为历代医家所重视,各针灸文献中均有记载。笔者通过查阅相关著作和文献,从合谷主面口、解伤寒、调血气、治脱厥、治杂病五个方面对合谷穴的临床作用进行分析总结。

Research Progress on Hegu Acupoint Therapy

Hegu belongs to the large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming and it is the origination of the original hole in hundreds of acupoints on the body surface. Therapeutic range of Hegu acupoint with systemic treatment function is wide. The generations of medicals had paid attention to the acupuncture, which had been recorded in the literature because of its wide therapeutic range, obvious curative effect and convenient acupoints. Through reviewing the relevant books and literature, we summarized and analyzed the clinical diseases treated by Hegu acupoint in five aspects ： the diseases of face and mouth, exogenous febrile disease, regulating blood and qi, prostration and syncope, as well as treating miscellaneous diseases.
