| 摘 要： | 目的:测定牛黄解毒片大黄素和大黄酚的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC),采用KromasilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相0.1%甲酸-甲醇(20∶80),流速为1mL/min,检测波长:254nm;柱温:室温。结果:大黄素在2~10μg范围内线性关系良好,r=09996;大黄酚进样量在8~40μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9990。大黄素的加样回收率平均为98.24%;大黄酚的加样回收率平均为97.93%。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、灵敏度高,同时测定牛黄解毒片大黄素和大黄酚的含量,适合作为控制牛黄解毒片药品质量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective ： The purpose was to determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Nuhang Jiedu Tablets. Method： High performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ）, Kromasil Cis column （ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μ m ）was used with 0.1% FA-methanol （20 ： 80 ）; flow rate： 1 mL/min; detection wavelength ： 254 nm ; column temperature ： ambient temperature. Result ： Linear range of emodin and chrysophanol were 4-25 μ g, r=0.9996 and 11-58μ g, r=0.9990; mean recovery of emodin and chrysophanol were 98.24% and 97.93%, respectively. Conclusion ： The simple, rapid and high sensitive HPLC method is applicable to simultaneously determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol and to he the method controlling the quality of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets. |
