功能性便秘中西医治疗进展

目的：以中医、西医、内服、外用、手术等多种方式治疗功能性便秘，为功能性便秘的临床治疗提供疗效确切、安全、且不易复发、远期疗效好的各种治疗方案。方法：通过查阅近年来有功能性便秘治疗的相关文献并对其进行整理、归纳、分析。结果：各种疗法中都有效果良好的病例。结论：功能性便秘的疗法较多，临床上要结合实际，选择合适的方法治疗。

Clinical Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and Western Medicine of Functional Constipation

Objective： To treat functional constipation with different methods like traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, oral administration, external application, surgery, etc, and to provide flmctional constipation clinic treatment protocols which not only have definite therapeutic effect, but also are safe and have less recurrence and better long-term efficacy. Method： Consult literature on functional constipation treatment in recent years, which is also be sorted, summarized, and analyzed. Result： Cases with good effect happened in various therapies. There arc many treatments for functional constipation. Conclusion ： in clinic application, the appropriate method of treatment should be selected according to the practical situation.
