藁本内酯实验研究进展简

目的：该文就当归中的挥发油成分藁本内酯近些年来的国内外大量的实验研究进行综述。方法：对有关于成分藁本内酯的理化性质的分析、药理作用、化学合成及植物来源等各方面的相关文献报道进行分析、归纳和总结。结果与讨论：从该文的综述中可以看对于藁本内酯成分的化学合成、提取分离等方面的研究尚浅，探索不够深入。但不难看出藁本内酯具有较好的药理作用并且具有很高的开发利用价值及潜力。

Experimental Research Progress on Ligustilide

Objective ： In this paper, a large number of experimental studies on the volatile oil component Angelica in ligustilide at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. Methods：The physical and chemical composition analysis of the nature, pharmacological effects, chemical synthesis and other aspects of plant origin reported in the literature were analyzed and summarized. Results and Conclusion ： From this overview, it can be seen that the researches on chemical synthesis, extraction and other aspects of ligustilide ingredients are still shallow, not deep enough to explore. It is found lignstilide has good pharmacological effects and the development and utilization of high value and potential.
