中医疗法在胃肠功能障碍患者中应用及护理

目的：探讨大承气汤内服或芒硝腹部外敷，辅助耳穴压籽中医疗法在胃肠道功能障碍患者中的应用及护理。方法：选取30例胃肠功能障碍患者，所有患者均存在长时间未排便，或排便困难伴随腹胀，肠鸣音减弱或消失等表现，予以大承气汤胃管注入，芒硝腹部外敷，双耳交替进行耳穴压籽等中医方法，并配合相应中医护理，观察患者胃肠功能的恢复情况。结果：应用中医疗法的有效率为73．33％，治疗后膀胱压下降，与治疗前比较差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医疗法治疗危重病胃肠功能障碍同时配合深入的临床护理及密切观察可以取得良好的疗效。

TCM Therapy and Nursing of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Patients

Objective： To explore the application and nursing of Dachengqi Decoction oral administration or Glauber abdomen external application, combined with auricular pressure seed therapy in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods： 30 cases of gastrointestinal function disorders patients, who had prolonged defecation, defecation difficulties accompanied by bloating and bowel sounds diminished or disappeared, were selected. Dachengqi Decoction was given for gastric tube injection, Glauber for abdomen external application and auricular pressure seed therapy were used, and the corresponding Chinese medicine nursing was given. Observation of patients with gastrointestinal functional recovery was carried on. Results：

The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine therapy was 73.33%. The bladder pressure was decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ） compared with that before treatment. Conclusion： TCM therapy treating the critical gastrointestinal dysfunction in conjunction with indepth clinical nursing and close observation can get good efficacy.
