| 摘 要： | 郁证有狭义与广义之分,广义之郁是指人体因外感六淫、情志内伤等内外因素致脏腑功能紊乱、气机失常、抑遏不得发越的证候。狭义之郁是指因情志抑郁所致气机升降失司。该文基于《内经》和朱丹溪等医家对郁证的认识基础上,整理概括了郁证的理论基础、病机特点、转归和治法大要。 |

| Abstract: | Depression syndrome has narrow and broad senses. Broad sense of depression syndrome refers to the syndrome of human body with suppression containment of organs＇ dysfunction and systems＇ disorders caused by internal and external factors such as exogenous six evils, emotional injuries. Narrow sense of depression syndrome refers to air-lift company syndrome by emotional depression. The paper systematically listed and summarized the theoretical basis, the characteristics of the pathogenesis .prognosis and treatment method of depression syndrome based on understandings of Neifing, ZHU Danxi anti other physicians of depression syndrome. |
