| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎在我国发病率很高，且其发病率呈逐年上升趋势；其次CAG的演变规律为“正常胃黏膜-炎症-萎缩-肠化-异型增生-胃癌”已被大家所公认，因此慢性萎缩性胃炎越来越受到人们的重视。现代医学治疗该病尚无特效药，祖国医学结合患者症状辨汪施治，取得良好成效。文章通过论述近年来关于慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医药治疗概况及研究进展，从而为今后临床治疗提供较好的指导。 |

| Abstract: | The incidence of chronic gastritis in our country is rather high, which has the tendency of increasing. The development rule of carcinoma has been accepted, which is from normal gastric mucosa, inflammation, atrophy, abnormal hyperplasia to gastric carcinoma. Hence, it has been drawn much more attention at home and abroad. In modern medicine, there are no specific effective drugs. However, for the traditional Chinese medicine, with the syndrome differentiation and treatments, it has achieved some progress. The present paper reviewed the current status and advances of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, which provides the guidance for the future clinical practice. |
