| 摘 要： | 不孕症的病因复杂,其中由甲状腺功能减退所引起的排卵功能障碍是不容忽视的病因。基于不孕症合并甲状腺功能减退主要临床表现总结出甲状腺功能减退导致不孕症以脾肾两虚、肝郁气滞、血瘀水阻、浊邪内停为主要病机,属于本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证。该病的治疗以补肾健脾、疏肝理气、化痰祛瘀为重要方法。

| Abstract: | The causes of infertility are complex. The cause of hypothyroidism ovulation dysfunction is can not be ignored. Based on infertility with hypothyroidism major clinical manifestations, it summarizes hypothyroidism causing infertility deficiency in spleen and kidney, liver depression and qi stagnation and blood stasis, water resistance as the main pathogenesis. The syndrome belongs to root deficiency and branch excess sydnrome. Treatment of this disease is to nourish kidney and spleen, soothe liver qi, resolve phlegm and blood stasis. |
