中医序贯疗法维持治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果观察

目的：分析中医序贯疗法维持治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法：随机将我院收治的80例患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对对照组患者临床主要采用常规西医疗法,对观察组患者临床主要采用中医序贯疗法维持治疗,并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治愈率为95.0%,对照组的治愈率为62.5%。经比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.5%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为10.0%。经比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。观察组的复发率为5.0%,对照组的复发率为37.5%,经比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：中医序贯疗法维持治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,复发率低,不良反应少,安全性和可行性好,值得临床推广使用。

Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sequential Therapy in Maintenance Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective ： To analyze the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method ： A total of 80 cases in our hospital patients under treatment were divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group used conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group patients mainly used the sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the two groups therapeutic effect was observed. Results ： The observation group＇s cure rate was 95% and the control group＇s cure rate was 62.5%. By comparison, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The observation group＇s incidence of adverse reaction was 2.5% and the control group＇s incidence of adverse reaction was 10%. By comparison, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. In observation group, the recurrence rate was 5% and the control group＇s recurrence rate was 37.5%. By comparison, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis is significant with low recurrence rate and less adverse reaction. It is safe and feasible, worthy of clinical use.
