| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨常见乳房疾病与广东地区汉族女性ABO血型的关系。方法:对比分析1267例广东地区汉族人中乳腺病患者与1005例健康人群的ABO血型分布。结果:乳腺癌、乳腺增生病及乳腺纤维腺瘤患者与健康人群ABO血型分布无显著性差异(P0.05)。各种血型女性患乳腺癌、乳腺增生病及乳腺纤维腺瘤的相对危险度相差不大,OR值均接近1(P0.05)。结论:广东地区汉族女性ABO血型与常见乳房疾病的发生无相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the relationship between common breast disease and ABO blood group in Hans of Guangdong Province. Methods ： We analyzed the ABO blood group distribution of 1267 patients of mammary gland disease and 1005 healthy controls in Hans of Gnangdong Province. Results ： The distribution of ABO blood group in patients of breast cancer, hyperplasia of mammary gland and breast fibroadenoma had no significant difference with control groups （ P〉0.05 ）. The relative risks of breast desease were similar and the OR value was close to 1 in different types of ABO blood group （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： There was no statistically significant association between ABO blood group in Hans of Guangdong Province and common breast disease. |
