缓慢性心律失常中医辨证分型及生活质量评估

目的:观察缓慢性心律失常的临床表现,归纳总结出其主要辨证分型,并进行各组生活质量差异比较。方法:将360例患者按照辨证分型分成4组,并进行各组间生活质量评分比较分析。结果:360例缓慢性心律失常患者各证型构成比比较χ2=13.333,P=0.0010.05,差别有统计学意义。各证型间生活质量评分结果χ2=1.820,P=0.611,无统计学差异。结论:缓慢性心律失常的辨证分型以气阴两虚型为主,其次为痰浊壅塞型、气滞血瘀型、心肾阳虚型。各证型缓慢性心律失常患者的生活质量未见明显差别。

Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Quality of Life Assessment on Slow Arrhythmia

Objective ： To observe the clinical performance of slow arrhythmia and sum up the main syndromes and compare the differences in the quality of life. Methods ： 360 patients were divided into 4 groups according to the syndromes differentiation and the score of life quality for each group was analyzed. Results ： Comparison of 360 patients＇ slow arrhythmia was composed of various syndromes differentiation ratio： X2=13-333, P=0.001〈0.05 and the difference was significant. Various types of quality of life score results： X2=1.820, P=0.611, and the difference had no significance. Conclusions：The main syndromes of slow arrhythmia is type of Qi and yin deficiency, followed by type of stagnation of turbid phlegm, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, heart and kidney yang deficiency. The quality of life does not have obvious difference between syndromes of slow arrhythmia.
