| 摘 要： | 目的:通过应用参附注射液治疗心力衰竭并慢心室律房颤的临床观察来评价参附注射液的临床疗效。方法:以123例心衰合并慢心室律房颤住院病人为研究对象,随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗。治疗组中加用参附注射液80mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液100mL中静脉滴注,每日2次,疗程14天。治疗前后检测患者左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室射血分数(EF)及每搏输出量(SV)及NYHA分级对心功能进行综合判断分析。结果:心功能在参附治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者左室SV和EF明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)患者左室LVDD明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液对心力衰竭伴慢心室律性房颤患者有良好的临床疗效,对患者长期预后有积极意义,且无明确副作用,应用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective ： Appraisal of the efficacy of Shen - fu injection through the application of the treatment of heart failure and atrial fibrillation slow ventricular rate. Methods：To divide randomLy 123 ease patients into treatment group and control group, control patients were treated with routine methods, the other patients combined with Shen -fu injection. Results：The heart function and left ventricular SV and EF increased, LVDD reduced of treatment group, There were significant difference compared to the control group. Conclusion ： Shenfu injection on heart failure and atrial fibrillation with slow ventricular rate have a good clinical efficacy, and without a clear side - effect of application security. |
