| 摘 要： | 目的加深对甲状腺功能减退症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）之间关系的认识，以提高诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析8例甲状腺功能减退症合并OSAHS患者的临床资料。全部患者均经甲状腺功能检查和多导睡眠仪监测而明确诊断。治疗上主要采用甲状腺素替代疗法，部分患者辅以持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗或手术治疗。结果采用甲状腺素替代疗法可缓解症状（如肥胖、嗜睡、水肿、便秘、声音嘶哑等）和改善夜间睡眠呼吸暂停。结论采用甲状腺素替代治疗甲状腺功能减退症合并OSAHS可取得一定的效果，但常需配合CPAP或手术治疗。
