倍他乐克、通心络联合治疗冠心病心绞痛100例疗效观察

目的探讨倍他乐克联合通心络治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选择2006年1月～2008年12月收治于我院的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予硝酸酯类、他汀类调脂药及阿司匹林等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予倍他乐克联合通心络治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组心绞痛缓解总有效率、心电图改善总有效率分别为94.0%、88.0%;对照组的分别为64.0%、76.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克联合通心络治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The Effect of Betaloc and Tongxinluo Pills in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina: An Observation of 100 Cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of Betaloc associated with Tongxinluo pills in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina. Methods 100 cases with coronary heart disease and angina were randomly divided into observe group and control group. Observation group was treated by Betaloc associated with Tongxinluo pills based on the control group. Results After 3 months' treatment, observation group's total effective rates of angina relief and electrocardiogram amelioration were 94.0% and 88.0% respectively in contrast to 64.0% and 76.0% respectively in the control group. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Couclusions Betaloc associated with Tongxinluo pills in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina has significant efficacy and few side effects, which is worthy of clinical application.
