| 摘 要： | 为观察筋骨草的抑瘤作用,试验采用肿瘤移植的动物模型,进行筋骨草水提液对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑瘤试验.通过重复试验,2次试验的抑瘤率分别为81%和73%,与对照组比,P＜0.01.结果提示:筋骨草水提液对小鼠S180肉瘤有明显的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | To observe tumor inhibition effects of ciliate bugle herb (JINGUCAO,CBH),animal models of tumor transplant were used to make the experiment of tumor inhibition of CBH extraction on S-{180} sarcom mice.The results showed that the rates of tumor inhibition were 81% and 73% respectively in the first and repeat experiment(P<0.01).It indicates that the extraction of CBH has obvious effects of tumor inhibition on S-{180} sarcom mice.; |
