| 摘 要： | 在669例临床初诊为2型糖尿病患者中，胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)阳性11％，谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADA)阳性11％，双抗体阳性4％。自身抗体阳性的115例和随机选取的94例自身抗体阴性的成人糖尿病患者的比较发现，自身抗体阳性的患者体质指数升高。

| Abstract: | In 669 newly diagnosed T2DM patients the positive rate was 10.9% for GAD-Ab, 10.5% for ICA, 4.2% for both antibodies and 13.0% for anyone of the two antibodies. BMI was higher in antibodies-positive adult diabetic patients than that in control. |
