| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用价值。方法：为54例泌尿外科患者施行腹腔镜手术，其中精索静脉曲张16例。肾囊肿30例、腹腔内隐睾2例，肾上腺肿瘤6例，手术同时作胆囊切除术2例，肝囊肿切除术1例，结果：手术成功率98.2%(53/54)，1例术中因出血转开放手术；手术并发症发生率1.8%(1/54);术后平均住院日为3.3d；临床疗效满意。结论：泌尿外科腹腔镜手术是一种安全、有效的微创手术，同时可检查，处理腹腔内合并症，值得临床推广应用。腹腔内隐睾、肾上腺肿瘤、肾囊肿是其较好适应症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of video laparoscopic surgery in urology.Methods:A total of 54 patients with urological diseases were treated with video laparoscopy,including 16 with varicocele ,30 renal cysts,2 abdominal cryptorchidism and 6 adrenal tumors.Results:Among 54 operations 53 were successful.One patient with adrenal tumor returned to open surgery.The rate of surgical morbidity was 1.8%(1/54).The median post operative stay was 3.3 days.Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation can be recommended to clinicians for treating urological ploblems as a minimal invasive surgery with high safty and good efficiency.Abdominal cryptorchidism,small adrenal tumor and renal cyst are good indications for video laparoscopic operation in urology. |
