| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蔗糖铁和输血治疗妇科失血性贫血的经济效果,为患者选择经济合理的诊治方法.方法:将130例妇科失血性贫血患者分为采用传统输血纠正贫血组(A组),采用蔗糖铁纠正贫血组(B组),诊治结果进行成本-效果分析和比较.结果:A、B两组的治疗成本分别为1407.00元、1051.00元,总有效率分别为97.06％、96.78％,成本-效果比分别为1449.77元,1085.97元.A组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比为1271.43元.结论:B组方案为较佳方案. |
